Yes. Bewdy is completely free for beauty professionals. There is no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no commission, whether a client finds you through Bewdy or is one of your regulars. You keep what you charge, and you get online booking, reminders, client management, payments and a marketplace listing at no cost.

To join Bewdy as a beauty professional you need:
a valid NIN (National Identification Number)
a phone number
a Nigerian bank account for payouts
photos of your work for your portfolio

Setting up takes about 3 minutes. Once you're verified, clients can find and book you.
Bewdy puts your business in front of clients who are already looking for your service. Your profile appears when people search on Bewdy for your service in your area, and on Bewdy's city and service pages such as "braids in Lagos". Verified reviews from completed bookings build trust with new clients, and you can share your Bewdy booking link on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp so followers can book you directly.
Bewdy reduces no-shows in three ways:
Upfront payment: every booking is paid from the client's Bewdy Wallet at the time of booking, with no pay-at-venue option.
Automatic reminders: clients are reminded before the appointment.
Cancellation policy: clients who cancel less than 24 hours before, or don't show up, may not be refunded, which protects your time and income.
Clients pay upfront on Bewdy, so you don't need to collect deposits. Every booking is paid in full from the client's Bewdy Wallet when they book, so you never have to chase transfers or send account numbers on WhatsApp.
You get paid straight to your verified Nigerian bank account as soon as you finish the service. The client pays upfront when they book, and Bewdy holds the payment until the appointment is done. Then:
The client taps Completed on the booking in their Bewdy app.
Bewdy sends the client a one-time code (OTP).
The client gives you the OTP.
You enter the OTP in your Bewdy app, and the payment is sent to your verified bank account immediately.
Bewdy takes no commission on your bookings.
Yes. You can offer home service on Bewdy, and clients can find you with the home-service filter. Include your transport fee in the price you list, so clients see one clear total. Clients can chat with you on Bewdy to confirm their address and timing before booking.
Yes. Bewdy supports team scheduling, staff performance tracking and multi-location management, alongside revenue reports, inventory tracking and marketing tools, all in one account.

Compare verified professionals by price, portfolio, reviews and availability.
Pick a date and time, then pay securely from your Bewdy Wallet.
Your booking is confirmed instantly, and you get a reminder before your appointment.
Bewdy uses a one-time code (OTP) to confirm that a service has been completed. When your appointment is finished, tap Completed on the booking in your Bewdy app. Bewdy sends you an OTP; give it to your professional, who enters it in their app. This confirms the service is done and releases the payment to the professional immediately. Only share your OTP once you're happy the service is complete.
On Bewdy you can book:

Yes. On Bewdy you can book a hairstylist, braider, makeup artist, nail technician, barber or massage therapist to come to your home, hotel or event venue. Use the home-service filter to see only professionals who offer it. The transport fee is already included in the price shown, and you can chat with the professional on Bewdy to confirm your address or timing before booking.
Open Bewdy and allow location access, or type your area (for example Lekki, Ikeja or Bodija), then search for the service you need. Bewdy shows nearby salons and independent professionals with their prices, ratings, reviews and open slots. You can also browse by city and service at bewdybook.com/locations.
Yes, when a professional has open slots. Bewdy shows live availability, so you can choose today's date and book a same-day appointment for hair, nails, makeup, a haircut or a spa treatment.
Yes. You can message any professional from their Bewdy profile or from your booking. Use the chat to share reference photos, check hair length or style details, or confirm home-service details before you pay.
Yes. Only clients who have completed a booking with a professional can review them on Bewdy, so every rating comes from a real, paid appointment. Reviews are a 1–5 star rating with a written comment, and Bewdy's review integrity systems keep ratings honest and respectful.
Go to My Bookings, open the completed appointment and tap Leave a Review. Give a 1–5 star rating with a short comment. Only clients with a completed booking can leave a review.
You can contact Bewdy support through in-app chat, by email at support@bewdybook.com, or by phone on 0704 515 1796 (+234 704 515 1796 from outside Nigeria). The same contact details apply to both clients and beauty professionals.
Go to Settings or Profile and choose Delete Account. Spend any wallet balance first, because funds in a deleted account can't be refunded. Deletion is permanent and removes your booking history, reviews and preferences.

Every professional on Bewdy lists their prices upfront in Naira, for each service. What you see is what you pay. For home service, the transport fee is already included. If a style depends on length or extras, you can chat with the professional on Bewdy to confirm the price before you book.
Beauty services on Bewdy range from about ₦1,000 to ₦200,000, depending on the service, the professional and whether you choose home service.
Lower end: quick services such as a simple haircut, a nail polish change or brow shaping.
Higher end: detailed or long services such as bridal makeup and hair, long knotless braids, wig installations and premium spa packages.
Every professional lists their exact prices upfront in Naira, so you can compare and choose what fits your budget before you book.
Yes. Bewdy has options for every budget, with services starting from about ₦1,000. You can compare prices from different verified professionals in your area, filter by service, and see the full price upfront (including transport for home service) before you pay. Bewdy is also free to use, so you only pay for the service itself.
The price of knotless braids on Bewdy depends on the braid size (small, medium or large), the length, whether hair extensions are included, and whether you choose home service. Each braider lists their exact price upfront in Naira, so you can compare braiders side by side at bewdybook.com/locations/lagos/braids.
The price of cornrows on Bewdy depends on the style. Simple straight-back cornrows are among the more affordable hair services, while stitch braids, designs and added extensions cost more. Each stylist lists their exact price upfront in Naira at bewdybook.com/locations/lagos/cornrows.
Bridal makeup is one of the higher-priced services on Bewdy, and the price depends on the artist, the look and what's included. Bridal hair, trials and bridal-party makeup are usually priced separately or as packages. Nail prices on Bewdy depend on the service. A polish change or basic manicure costs least, while gel, acrylic or gel extensions and nail art cost more. Each nail technician lists their exact prices upfront in Naira at bewdybook.com/locations/lagos/nails.
Facial prices on Bewdy depend on the treatment, from a basic cleanse to a deep-cleansing or acne facial, peels or dermaplaning. Each esthetician lists their exact prices upfront in Naira at bewdybook.com/locations/lagos/face.

Home-service prices on Bewdy depend on the service and how far the professional travels. The transport fee is already included in the price shown, so there's no extra charge on the day. Use the home-service filter to compare professionals who come to you.
Payments, cancellations and safety
In the Bewdy app go to Profile, then Wallet, and copy your unique account number. Transfer money to it from any Nigerian banking app. Your balance updates automatically.
You pay on Bewdy from your Bewdy Wallet. Each user gets a unique account number, and you top it up by bank transfer from any Nigerian banking app. Every booking is paid upfront in the app when you book; there is no pay-at-venue option. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through.
Yes. Payments on Bewdy go through secure, encrypted payment technology with fraud detection. Because you pay in the app instead of by direct transfer to an individual, every booking is on record, and Bewdy Support can step in if something goes wrong. Your payment is only released to the professional after you confirm the service is complete by sharing your one-time code (OTP), so a professional can't be paid for a service they didn't deliver.
No. Bewdy Wallet funds can only be spent on Bewdy bookings. They can't be withdrawn or transferred to another user, but they don't expire.
Bewdy's cancellation policy depends on timing:
24 hours or more before the appointment: full refund to your Bewdy Wallet.
Less than 24 hours before: you may not get a refund.
If you don't show up: no refund, because the professional kept that time for you.
If the professional cancels or doesn't show up: you always get a full refund to your Bewdy Wallet.
Approved refunds on Bewdy go back to your Bewdy Wallet for your next booking. You get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more ahead, if a professional cancels or doesn't show up, or if you're charged twice. If a professional doesn't show up, report it to Bewdy Support and don't share your one-time code (OTP). Wallet funds can't be withdrawn to a bank account, but they never expire.
If a professional cancels your booking or doesn't show up, you always get a full refund to your Bewdy Wallet. Your payment is never released to a professional until you confirm the service is complete by sharing your one-time code (OTP), so you never pay for a service you didn't receive. If a professional doesn't show up, don't share your OTP; report it to Bewdy Support through in-app chat, at support@bewdybook.com, or on 0704 515 1796.
All Bewdy bookings are paid upfront from your Bewdy Wallet; there is no pay-at-venue option. Paying at booking secures your slot, protects professionals from lost income from no-shows, and keeps your payment on record so Bewdy Support can help if anything goes wrong. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, you get a full refund to your wallet.
Go to My Bookings, select the appointment and choose Cancel or Reschedule, at least 24 hours before the appointment. If rescheduling isn't available for that service, cancel and rebook.
Tap the heart icon on a professional's profile. They'll appear in your Favourites for one-tap rebooking.
Go to Profile, then Location Preferences. Choose your GPS location or enter a custom location, adjust the search distance and save.
