How can I sort out a billing error?

Notice a payment error? Here's an overview of how our charges work.

Bewdy charges will appear in your transaction as ‘Bewdy’. If you think the price showing is incorrect (different from that stated on the app), please start a chat session from the “Chat Support” button in your Bewdy account, and we’ll have a look.
We’ll need the following details:

  • Order reference
  • Charge

We may also ask for proof (eg. a card statement).
If you’re asked for a supplementary charge during your appointment, please provide us with the following:

  • Order reference
  • Date of appointment
  • Charge involved
  • The reason given for the extra charge

Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the offer, you should not incur any further cost. We’ll then look into it for you.
