I haven’t received a code to verify my phone number – what should I do?

In order to secure your pay at venue booking when you check out as a guest with us, we’ll ask for your phone number. When you’ve filled it in, we’ll send you a code to verify the number belongs to you so you can go ahead with checking out your booking. If you don’t receive this code, please check:

  • You’ve entered the phone number correctly

  • You’ve used the correct prefix

If you still haven’t received the code, then you can get in touch with us by starting a chat session from the “Chat Support” button in your Treatwell account.
