The app isn’t working / I’m having technical issues

If you’re having issues while you’re using the Treatwell app, such as it crashing or failing to load a page, there are a few easy steps you can take to solve the problem.
iOS
On an iPhone or iPad, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and check in your settings whether you need to perform a software update.
If this doesn't solve the problem, turn off your device and then back on again, which gives the app a chance to update itself.
If you're still having trouble
Send through the following information, as well as some screenshots, and we’ll investigate further:
- The email address of the account you’re using
- The device model name
- The operating system of your device and the version you’re running Android | iOS | Windows | macOS | Linux
- The app or browser version that you are using
